At Howard Miller, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our clocks and fine furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and item details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Item

  Carefully repackage the product in its original box with all protective foam, manuals, and accessories to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our authorized returns processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
